Jim brings a decade and a half of experience of successful SaaS marketing. He had the opportunity to lead Fiberlink’s product, marketing, and customer success platforms as well as help create an innovative, high-velocity sales operation that delivered nearly 20% monthly growth for 4 years prior to IBM acquiring Fiberlink in 2013. As an executive IBM, Jim led the scaling of Fiberlink’s SaaS customer acquisition platform globally and expanded mobile industry partnerships with Apple, Google, and Microsoft. Now at Prezi as COO, Jim’s role includes leading Marketing, Sales, Success, and Analytics.
