Ruud Zandvliet started his career in private equity. After several years he decided to dedicate his future career in making a sustainable difference. Ruud co-founded Taxi Electric in 2011. Starting with 5 Nissan Leafs the company has been growing to over 40 vehicles today, including 10 Tesla Model S vehicles.

Ruud is passionate about having sustainable impact, meaning that people, planet and profit should all be net contributors on both a company and public level.
